On August 28, 2024, MoF organized a special initiative to celebrate Emirati Women’s Day — a national occasion dedicated to recognizing the achievements of Emirati women, in line with the vision of the UAE’s wise leadership. This initiative celebrates the vital and leading role of Emirati women in society, particularly their impactful contributions in the financial sector. The event featured workshops and dialogue sessions that highlighted their accomplishments, addressed the challenges they face, and honoured outstanding female role models in both the workplace and the wider community. Through this initiative, the Ministry aimed to promote women’s empowerment, reinforce the values of community partnership, and spotlight the essential role women play in advancing the UAE’s sustainable development journey.
