MOF Awareness Initiative on Career and Secondment Opportunities in International Financial Institutions

About the Initiative

The Ministry of Finance’s awareness initiative regarding employment opportunities at international financial organizations and bodies is a strategic initiative aimed at empowering national cadres and building and developing Emirati talent working within the federal government and local departments, qualifying them to assume leadership and executive positions in regional and international financial organizations.

The initiative offers opportunities for training, professional development, and job secondment, while strengthening practical experience and building an international network of relationships. It falls within the framework of the close cooperation and strategic ties between the United Arab Emirates and international financial organizations.

The Role of the Ministry of Finance
