The Cabinet is the only body in charge of preparing the organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance (MoF) as set out in the Cabinet Resolution No. 1 of 2016. The resolution encompasses establishing the MoF organizational structure according to an organisational map that begins with the minister, his competencies and the organizational units reporting to him - to the competencies and subdivisions of these units.
No modifications may be made to the organizational structure of the ministry without the approval of the Cabinet. The minister shall issue the necessary decisions to implement the organisational structure. He may also develop, modify and specify competencies of sections of departments of the organizational structure in accordance with the necessary procedures.
