Requirements to get the service

  • Applicant should be a user of one of the Federal Financial Systems and Treasury Management System and E-housing (FMIS and TMS) or a supplier of the Federal Government
  • The applicant for support must be within a federal entity that applies the financial regulations of the Ministry
  • The applicant  must have a username to access the response system to raise the request or problem
