Procedures
- Submit suggestions through the The UAE’s centralized portal for suggestions
- The Ministry studies the suggestions according to the evaluation tool approved by the concerned department
- The Ministry determines whether the suggestion can be adopted and delegate responsibility for implementation
- The Ministry approves the final evaluation of the suggestion by the innovation team
- Inform the customer of the response to the suggestion
