Customer refunds

Topic: MoF offers its customers a service that enables them to refund paid fees when using any of the government entities' services. This service is among the prioritised services due to its importance. Objective: This consultation aims to monitor the public's observations and opinions about the service and to identify challenges and obstacles, which will help devising a service development plan. Digital decision-making: MoF's General Revenue team will analyse all incoming observations and take them into account in improving the service.
