Request to Impose/Modify Fees for Federal Agencies Services

About this service

Based on Article (58) of Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on Public Finance, It stipulates that "the Council of Ministers shall impose federal fees or revenues of all kinds or exempt them – except for taxes – by a decision based on the proposal of the Minister, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force in the country".

The process

1. Access the Ministry of Finance website or smart application.
2. Go to the Services menu, then select the "Request to Impose/Modify Fees for Federal Agencies Services" service.
3. Click on the "Start Service" button.
4. Log in using UAE Pass.
5. Select the application submission method (AI-assisted or manual submission).
6. Upload the required attachments
7. Review the information and verify its accuracy before requesting the electronic signature.
8. Submit the request by copying the request link and sending it to the authorized signatory within the federal entity for approval.
