Request to Impose/Modify Fees for Federal Agencies Services

About this service

Based on Article (58) of Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on Public Finance, It stipulates that "the Council of Ministers shall impose federal fees or revenues of all kinds or exempt them – except for taxes – by a decision based on the proposal of the Minister, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force in the country".

The process

1. Visit the Ministry of Finance’s official website or smart application and select the service from the list of services.
2. Fill out the service request and attach the required documents.
3. Submit the request electronically to the authorised signatory at the federal entity through the system. They will review and verify the request, then approve it using their digital ID. After signing, the request will be automatically sent to the Ministry of Finance to complete the procedures.
