Development of Ministry of Finance Services under the Services Initiative 2.0

In line with the Ministry of Finance's efforts to deliver services based on a pioneering approach centered around the individual, achieving efficiency and sustainability, and designing and developing services to align with the 'Government Service Development Guide 2.0'. The Ministry of Finance invites you to participate in designing and developing its services by sharing your ideas and suggestions regarding services that could be improved to meet your expectations and support the UAE's ambitious vision towards sustainable development and innovation. 

Objective : 

The consultation aims to collect customers' opinions, suggestions on how to design and develop services of the Ministry of Finance, in addition to enhancing transparency and participation in decision-making processes, and to adopt innovative ideas to simplify the customer journey, enabling a streamlined, efficient, and swift service experience. 

Expected decision as a result of this consultation : 

Customers' opinions and suggestions will be used to prepare a plan to improve and develop the Ministry of Finance's services, with a focus on adopting innovative tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience.
