Providing support regarding accounting support requests of the Federal Entities

About this service

This service enables federal entities to submit accounting inquiries related to the application of government financial policies, accounting standards, or approved financial systems such as the Government Financial Management System.

The Accounts and Financial Systems Department reviews requests received through the Ministry of Finance website or the smart application, analyses the inquiry, and provides the appropriate clarification or solution in accordance with approved financial policies and regulations.

This service contributes to unifying accounting practices among federal entities and ensuring the correct implementation of financial policies and standards.

The process

1. Log in using the UAE Digital Identity (UAE PASS) through the Ministry’s official website.
2. Select the service.
3. Fill in the designated inquiry field either using artificial intelligence or manually, or upload a PDF file.
4. Click on “Submit Inquiry”.

Conditions of use

• The applicant must be a federal entity or a financial affairs employee within the entity.
• The inquiry must be submitted clearly with any supporting information or documents if available.

• Supporting documents may be requested depending on the nature of the inquiry.
