Submitting a Suggestion Regarding the Ministry’s Services

This service allows for the follow-up of suggestions received through the electronic system and coordination with relevant departments regarding their evaluation and response within the approved timeframes.
The process
- Access the Ministry of Finance website.
- Go to the Services menu, then select the "Suggestions About Ministry Services" service.
- Click on the "Start Service" button.
- Log in using UAE Pass through the external "Tawasul 171" website.
- Select "Suggestions" from the menu.
- Fill in the mandatory data and fields.
- Submit the suggestion.
Conditions of use
Suggestions must be submitted through the approved channels: UAE Suggestions Portal Platform / Suggestion System.
