Submitting a Suggestion Regarding the Ministry’s Services

About this service

This service allows for the follow-up of suggestions received through the electronic system and coordination with relevant departments regarding their evaluation and response within the approved timeframes.

The process

1. Access the MoF website or MoF app, and select the service from the services list.
2. Log in using your digital ID (UAE Pass) to an external site, Tawasul 171.
3. Select suggestions from the menu.
4. Fill in the mandatory data and fields.
5. Submit the request.

Conditions of use

Suggestions must be submitted through the approved channels: UAE Suggestions Portal Platform / Suggestion System.
