The process

1. Submit suggestions through the UAE’s centralized portal for suggestions
2. The Ministry studies the suggestions according to the evaluation tool approved by the concerned department
3. The Ministry determines whether the suggestion can be adopted and delegate responsibility for implementation
4. The Ministry approves the final evaluation of the suggestion by the innovation team
5. Inform the customer of the response to the suggestion
