MoF is keen to educate customers about its smart and e-services, and inform the public about new updates, which contributes to enhancing their experience and achieving their happiness. The ministry launches an integrated awareness campaign annually through its various communication channels, including social media; e-mail campaigns; in addition to workshops, forums and exhibitions.
Objective:
This consultation aims to take into account the public and users' opinions on their experience using MoF's smart and e-services, and to identify their needs and preferences. This is in order to improve the awareness mechanisms followed, and to ensure the delivery of key media messages.
Digital decision-making:
Based on the results of this consultation, awareness campaigns will be developed focusing on the preferred communication mechanisms and channels for users, to familiarise them with the services' updates during the year.
An integrated campaign was launched through social media channels in addition to the e-mail campaign, taking advantage of their digital characteristics to improve the delivery of key media messages to the target audience and users benefiting from the services - whether individuals, government sector, or business sector companies.
