Customer Council - Zero bureaucracy for supplier registration service

As part of the Ministry of Finance's ongoing efforts to develop government services and enhance the customer experience, the third Customer Council was held with the participation of 89 customers. During the session, challenges related to the Supplier Registration Service in the Federal Supplier Registry were reviewed, with a focus on eliminating bureaucracy in this specific service. The customer journey was analyzed before and after the streamlining process, with the aim of simplifying procedures, reducing the number of steps, and improving service efficiency


Outcome And Impact

:Result

Simplified Registration Form

The number of required fields in the registration form was reduced from over 90 to 71, and the number of form pages was decreased from 10 to just 4. This made it easier for suppliers to complete the registration process quickly and more accurately


Process Automation

Advanced digital solutions were implemented to eliminate repetitive manual steps and enable digital contract signing, which enhanced transparency and accelerated processing times


Improved Digital Channels

A dedicated supplier portal was developed on the Ministry's website, and the service was launched through the Ministry of Finance's smart app, enabling convenient access to the service anytime and anywhere


Reduced Processing Time

The time required to submit the application was reduced from over 60 minutes to just 30 minutes. Additionally, the overall service delivery time was shortened from 30 days to only one day, significantly improving efficiency and supplier responsiveness
