Federal Supplier Register

Registration and Launch Your Business

Registering your company in the Federal Suppliers Register is the essential first step to contracting and working with federal government entities in the UAE. Registered suppliers are eligible to submit bids, participate in tenders, and offer their products and services to federal entities.

The registration process is simple and straightforward. Companies can register through the Ministry of Finance’s website by using the
“Supplier Registration” e-service. If all requirements are met, your account will be activated within 30 working days.

Once your registration is approved, you will be able to submit technical and financial bids, participate in tenders, and showcase your company’s products and services in the electronic catalogue available on the Digital Procurement Platform. This allows government entities to browse and select the services that best meet their needs.

Please note that suppliers must renew their registration in the Federal Supplier Register annually to maintain their eligibility.
