MoF has launched its improved electronic application to enhance user experience and provide quick, easy and smart services that comply with all modern technological trends.
Objective :
This consultation aims to involve the public in the process of continuous improvement of smart applications; add innovative features that enhance user experience; and provide them with smart solutions when using services.
Expected decision as a result of this consultation :
The IT Department team at MoF will analyse all observations, obstacles and improvement measures - based on the results of the user experience session. Then, the team will devise a development plan for the application.
Outcome And Impact
During 2021, the Ministry of Finance launched a variety of digital services through its smart application, with the aim of simplifying the process of providing services and benefiting customers from them.
