The Ministry of Finance is assessing customer satisfaction with the Digital Procurement Platform to ensure it continues to enhance transparency, efficiency, and user experience. This initiative reflects the Ministry's ongoing efforts to upgrade the platform in line with user needs and deliver a more innovative digital service.
Objective :
The consultation aims to assess user satisfaction with the Digital Procurement Platform, identify challenges, and collect practical suggestions to enhance its efficiency, usability, and overall digital experience.
Expected decision as a result of this consultation :
The Ministry will use the consultation results to develop a comprehensive improvement plan for the platform, prioritizing areas that most impact user satisfaction and establishing performance indicators to ensure continuous service quality enhancement.
Outcome And Impact
The consultation results highlighted a set of challenges and suggestions focused on improving user experience, system efficiency, and ease of use of the platform. Accordingly, several improvement actions have been implemented, most notably:
• Enhancing the catalog search engine to deliver more accurate results, along with providing a comprehensive guide for products and services.
• Strengthening supplier performance evaluation and monitoring mechanisms in line with an integrated procurement strategy and effective risk management.
• Adding user guides and supporting users through official communication channels and the ticketing system.
• Improving transparency in procurement procedures and enabling suppliers to track their submissions.
• Updating certain contractual clauses to ensure pricing competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
In addition, several proposals are currently under review and development, including simplifying procedures, improving the user interface, and enhancing support and interaction services within the platform, contributing to improved customer experience and higher service efficiency.
