This digital consultation aims to collect feedback from companies regarding their experience with the Ministry of Finance's e-Invoicing Service Provider Accreditation Portal, in order to assess its ease of use and suitability for business needs.
Objective :
The consultation aims to assess companies' satisfaction with the Ministry of Finance's e-Invoicing Service Provider Accreditation Portal, identify challenges they encounter while using the service, and collect suggestions to improve the overall experience.
Expected decision as a result of this consultation :
The results of the consultation will be used to develop and improve the e-Invoicing Provider Accreditation Portal ,ensuring smoother procedures and higher company satisfaction, and to support informed decisions for updating the system to better meet business requirements.
The public consultation received 42 responses, including 16 suggestions, which were carefully reviewed. Three (3) of the responses were directly related to the eInvoicing Service Provider Accreditation Portal.
1. The feedback highlighted suggestions related to communication methods and the need for additional clarifications when using the system. Following a thorough assessment, it was noted that the existing communication channels and guidance materials already provide the necessary support and information for users.
Enquiries continue to be handled through the officially approved channels, including email communication via info@mof.gov.ae, the Ministry of Finance toll-free contact center at 800 533336, and the eInvoicing Service Provider Accreditation Portal. All enquiries are managed through a structured ticketing process,with responses provided within five (5) business days.
2. Stakeholders also requested additional guidance and user support on how to use the eInvoicing Service Provider Accreditation Portal.
In this regard, a dedicated guidance document is already available within the Accreditation Portal, providing a comprehensive explanation of how to use the system, including detailed information on the user interface from start to finish, navigation steps, and clear instructions on how to utilize the portal effectively.
Accordingly, the Ministry will continue operating under the current communication and support framework, while remaining attentive to future feedback to enhance the user experience.
