Engaging users in the development and improvement of the Ministry of Finance's mobile application

In line with the Ministry of Finance's commitment to developing its digital services and enhancing customer experience, the Ministry is launching this consultation to engage users in the development and improvement of the smart application, in alignment with the government's direction toward delivering innovative and user-friendly digital services.

This consultation aims to gather users' feedback on their experience with the application, in terms of ease of use, service efficiency, performance speed, and content quality, as well as to identify any challenges they may face and collect suggestions that could contribute to improving the application and better meeting their needs.

Objective:

This consultation aims to evaluate the user experience of the smart application in terms of technical and design aspects, and to measure customer satisfaction regarding ease of use and overall application performance.

It also seeks to identify improvement opportunities related to the user interface and user experience, contributing to the development of a more efficient and seamless application that meets user expectations and aligns with best practices in smart application design.

Expected decision as a result of this consultation: 

Customer opinions and suggestions will be analyzed to identify key challenges related to the use of the smart application, and to develop an improvement plan focused on enhancing the user interface, improving ease of use, and increasing overall performance and responsiveness.
