The Ministry of Finance organized an e-invoicing awareness session in Abu Dhabi, in partnership with the Federal Tax Authority, with the aim of raising awareness among businesses about the transition to an integrated digital invoicing system and providing guidance and practical support. The event focused on explaining the system’s objectives and benefits, the legal and regulatory framework, as well as the readiness steps and the registration process via the “EmaraTax” digital tax services platform. The discussion sessions also highlighted the impact of e-invoicing in improving operational efficiency and facilitating tax compliance for the private sector.
