In line with the National Digital Accessibility Policy and in adherence to the Ministry of Finance’s commitment to enabling all segments of society, including People of Determination and the elderly to access all electronic and digital services with ease and efficiency, the Ministry adopts a Digital Accessibility Policy to foster an inclusive, barrier-free society.
This policy contributes to enhancing the concept of inclusive governance as part of the UAE’s digital transformation strategy, ensuring a seamless and secure digital experience for all users. It aligns with the directives of the UAE Government’s Charter for Future Services – The UAE Promise, which prioritizes human at the core of its initiatives.
The Ministry of Finance is committed to implementing national and global digital accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG standards issued by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), across all its digital channels, including its website, mobile application, electronic systems, and digital content. The Ministry also believes in the importance of engaging People of Determination and the elderly in the development and formulation of relevant digital policies and services.
Through this policy, the Ministry aims to:

- Support digital transformation efforts in alignment with national and federal directives.
