Financial Leadership
The organisational structure consists of the senior leadership of the Ministry, headed by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed in Rashid Al Maktoum Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, and His Excellency Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini Minister of State for Financial Affairs. The Minister of Finance is assisted by His Excellency Younis Haji Al Khouri, the MOF Under Secretary, who oversees various sectors within the Ministry.
