Submit inquiries about the Ministry's services

The service receives customer inquiries related to the services of the Ministry of Finance, and responds to them through generative artificial intelligence. If the response is not fully completed, a ticket will be automatically opened based on the conversation with the customer to respond to the query submitted.

Procedures

MoF Website/ MoF App:

  1. Login using UAE Pass.
  2. Choose “Generative AI Assistance” or fill out the manual form.
  3. Write the required inquiry.
  4.  Instant replies to inquiries using AI. If the response is not satisfactory, a ticket will be automatically generated for follow-up and to provide a comprehensive reply.

Tawasul 171:

  1. Log in using your UAEPASS
  2. Select the “Inquiries” service
  3. Choose the Entity Name
  4. Select the main service
  5. Write the subject of your inquiry and fill your inquiry in the description box
  6. Submit your inquiry

Duration of service provision

An AI provides an instant response, in case it fails to meet the requirements, a ticket will be issued. A reply to this ticket will then be provided within 2 working days.
