- Select the service from the of public services menu
- Write the required inquiry
- Provide a response to the inquiry through artificial intelligence, and in case the response is not satisfactory, a ticket will be automatically generated by the digital system based on the conversation with the user, and communication will be resumed to respond to the inquiry submitted by the user.

- Select the “Inquiry” service
- Enter the customer’s phone number and email address
- Write the required inquiry. The inquiry will be answered using generative intelligence, If the answer is not satisfactory, a ticket will be automatically opened by the digital system based on the conversation with the customer, the customer will be contacted again to answer the inquiry.

- Choose the Entity Name
- Select the main service
- Write the subject of your inquiry
- Write your inquiry in the description box
- Submit your inquiry.
- The inquiry will be answered by Ministry of Finance team
