DPP Catalogue
Enhancing Government Procurement Efficiency
The Federal Procurement Catalogue is a streamlined procurement method that offers a unified list of purchase items at the best prices, made available through pre-established framework agreements between MoF’s Procurement Platform Department and approved federal suppliers listed in the Federal Suppliers Registry.
The Catalogue is designed to reduce the procurement cycle for government entities—from 60 days to just 6 minutes—while enhancing the overall efficiency of federal procurement. It provides federal entities with a seamless, user-friendly online shopping experience that includes a wide range of products and services tailored to their operational needs.
Supplier Page Navigation Feature via the Federal Procurement Catalogue
MoF has introduced the Supplier Page Navigation Feature (Punchout Catalogue) to streamline federal procurement. This feature enables federal entities to access a supplier’s official e-commerce page directly through the federal procurement system.
Once users navigate to the catalogue, they can select the desired supplier, and the system will redirect them to the supplier’s online catalogue. There, users can browse available products, add items to their cart, and proceed with the purchasing process. Upon completing the selection, the system redirects users back to the Digital Procurement Platform to submit their purchase request for approval.
This process ensures a seamless, efficient, and compliant procurement experience, aligned with the Federal Procurement Law and its implementing regulations.
