On Zayed Humanitarian Work DayOn Zayed Humanitarian Work Day, which coincides with the anniversary of the death of the Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, we celebrate the achievements made by the UAE until today, in terms of charitable, relief and humanitarian work. Today, we recall the values of goodness, solidarity and giving that the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan has instilled in the UAE. Charitable and humanitarian work is an approach in the UAE, and a strategic vision for our wise leadership to provide all means of support to different people in the region and the world, regardless of their religion, race, colour or nationality. At the Ministry of Finance, we reaffirm our commitment to continue to devise strategic plans and launch initiatives and programmes aimed at instilling the values of goodness and giving in the UAE to make a sustainable impact, thereby enhancing the UAE’s standing in various humanitarian fields.​
