On Zayed Humanitarian Work Day
On 19th of Ramadan every year, we celebrate Zayed Humanitarian Work Day, which coincides with the anniversary of the death of the Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. This occasion reminds us with the humanitarian values that were instilled by the late Sheikh Zayed and followed by the wise leadership and the UAE people. Today, we recall the glories and achievements made by the pioneer of humanitarian work, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and we reaffirm our commitment to continue to consolidate the values of goodness and giving by implementing initiatives that strengthen the UAE’s position as a global model to be emulated in humanitarian work.​
