Digital participation opportunities include various interactive activities such as digital consultations, questionnaires and opinion polls, participatory creation, focus groups, participatory budgeting, as well as blogs, which enable the public to participate in discussions related to the Ministry’s services, policies, and strategic initiatives. Through these activities, the Ministry aims to involve customers and the community in decision-making and future planning to meet their needs and aspirations.
