The FDMO has selected eight banks as primary dealers for the debt issuance programme. It aims to cooperate with these approved financial institutions, who have exclusive rights to buy securities in the auction and distribute to clients, thereby contributing towards domestic debt market development, and building a dirham yield curve in the UAE.
